This ecological chicken dish with prawns and chickpeas has a very simple elaboration and will surely surprise the most demanding guests.
Ingredients ecological chicken with prawns and chickpeas
- 1 Ecogall ecological chicken
- 12 medium prawns
- 1 pot of chickpeas
- 1 onion from Figueres
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 glass of cognac and 12 of sweet wine
- Chicken broth
Elaboration ecological chicken with prawns and chickpeas
Cut the chicken into small pieces and with the carcasses, wings and neck make a broth.
In a pan, fry prawns and reserve them, with the same oil gilding the chicken pieces and also reserve them.
Cut the onion and garlic as little as possible. In the same oil, fry it and finally add the well-tarted tomato and let it fry until it loses the water and has a much darker color.
Add laurel leaves, cognac, sweet wine and when the alcohol is evaporated, add the organic chicken and broth (which covers the chicken completely).
Lower the heat to the minimum and leave the casserole with chup xup for three hours, then add the chickpeas and prawns and 10 minutes later you will have finished the plate!
